Do I need a PayPal account?
NO, you do not need to have a PayPal account to buy from us. You can purchase from us using your credit card, through the PayPal secure payment system.
We endeavour to send all orders within three to four working days, however due to volume of orders and possible delays while in transit, please allow up to two weeks for delivery within Australia, and up to three to four weeks delivery outside of Australia.
As soon as your transaction has taken place you will receive two receipts by email one from PayPal with your order and transaction details and one from us.
Returns and Refunds
We take great care to check all goods before they are sent, and in ensuring that they are adequately packed.
Please choose your order carefully. We do not accept returns for orders except where we have sent an incorrect order, or where the goods have a manufacturing fault.
Please check that your DVD player and TV system supports Pal before purchasing our DVDs.
(We can not offer a refund where the DVDs are not supported by your system.)
